As a new kind of research-led international university, Xi’an Jiaotong-Liverpool University (XJTLU) attracts talented researchers from across the world. XJTLU’s transnational atmosphere makes it well-suited to being a portal that brings together overseas and Chinese scholars.
Research flourishes in over 30 departments across the 18 schools and academies at our two campuses, as well as in scores of centres, labs, and institutes. XJTLU gathers interdisciplinary scholars with complementary expertise at home and abroad to explore diversified research from a variety of directions.

RMO is a functional department supporting scientific research at XJTLU. The Office is in charge of the organisation, management and coordination of scientific research work at XJTLU. The main functions include providing professional support and services in the fields of research fund application, research-related policies, systems, procedures, information, and statistical support.
