Mrs Qun Xu was appointed to the position of vice president and secretary of board of directors in 2010, and since 2011 she has also been general manager and chair of the board of directors of XJTU Educational Investment and Management Co., Ltd.

Mrs Xu obtained her degree in auditing from Xi’an Jiaotong University (XJTU) in 1988 and a bachelor degree in accounting from Xiamen University in 1993. Since 1988, she has successively been the cashier and accountant in the computer factory at XJTU, vice manager of the enterprise development department, manager of the securities department and the secretary of the board of directors of Xi’an Xietong Software Engineering (Group) Co., Ltd, the secretary of XJTU Operational Assets Management Centre, and the secretary of the board of directors of XJTU Holding Co., Ltd.
