Library Access and Privileges

Regular Visiting

 

The visiting privileges are limited to XJTLU registered students and full-time staff during the COVID-19 pandemic prevention and control period.

Kindly take note that during the registration and visiting process, relatives and/or friends must be accompanied by a current registered XJTLU student, or full-time staff, or alumni.

Method one: deposit valid XJTLU ID Card with the security guard to obtain Library visit cards at the Library's entrance gate. Please take care of your Library visit card during the visit. A fine will be charged in case of any loss.

 Or

Method two: submit visiting application via visitor reservation machines located at the entrance of the Library.
Full-time staff's relatives and friends 10
Alumni's relatives and friends 5

Method one: deposit valid XJTLU Alumni Card with the security guard to obtain Library visit cards at the Library's entrance gate. Please take care of your Library visit card during the visit. A fine will be charged in case of any loss.

Or

Method two: apply with valid XJTLU Alumni Card in advance for a special visitor username and password at the Library Circulation Desk on Level 3. The applicant needs to state the number of visitors and visiting time. Visitors are required to use their special visitor username and password to open the Wide Access Control Gate to enter and exit the Library.

Please leave the Library within one hour, after that the username and password will be expired.

Group Visiting

 

If visitors led by XJTLU staff are more than 10, please fill in XJTLU Library Tour Application Form to apply for a group visiting.
