Cees Hamelink has been a member of IAMCR since 1972 and over the years he has served on the International Council, been president, and he is now chair of the Fundraising Committee. In this special feature, Pradip Thomas, vice-president of IAMCR, has gathered a series of five short articles to provide a profile of Cees. Cees is also an accomplished jazz musician. IAMCR launches endowment

Early 2015, the IAMCR Executive Board (EB) decided to strategically invest some of the organisation's reserves in the creation of an endowment. In an endowment, the endowed asset is kept intact, and only the income of the asset is used. A fully developed endowment will allow IAMCR to become less reliant on membership fees, and to increase its income. Read more >
A principios de 2015, el Comité Ejecutivo de la AIECS decidió invertir estratégicamente algunas de las reservas de la organización en la creación de un seguro de ahorro. En los seguros de ahorro, el valor del seguro se mantiene intacto, y sólo el ingreso del valor está a disposición del usuario. Un seguro de ahorro completamente desarrollado permitiría a la AIECS volverse menos dependiente de las cuotas de membresía, y aumentar sus ingresos.
